Track & Field: Results From Bishop Heelan Meet
On Thursday, MVAOCOU traveled to Sioux City to compete at the Bishop Heelan Invite. The Rams' performance was outstanding against some stout competition.
The boys team finished 3rd overall with a team score of 66.5 with highlights from Luther Cameron, who finished 2nd in the 100M dash, Joey Koithan, who finished 1st in the 400M, Kael Hamann who finished 1st in the 1600M, and Jace Henderson who racked up 1st and 2nd place finishes in the shot and discuss respectivley.
The girls finished 5th with a score of 36. It was a great night for Irelynne McNamara, who finished 2nd in the 100M, 1st in the long jump, and was part of the 4x100 relay team that placed.
