Iowa's Kirk Ferentz on position battles on defense

Iowa coach Kirk Ferentz says there will be several key position battles on defense this spring. Five starters return on defense, and other spots will need to build depth this month. T.J. Hall and Deshaun Lee anchor the corner spots. Ferentz says this spring, the offense has more experience than the defensive side of the ball. Ferentz says this is the time of year when players can make big gains in development. The Hawkeyes close spring drills April 26th with an open practice in Kinnick Stadium.
