Manning Regional Healthcare Center to Host Senior Day with Health Resources for Local Seniors

Manning Regional Healthcare Center (MRHC) is set to host a Senior Day event this spring, offering local seniors access to a variety of free health and wellness resources. The event will take place on Thursday, April 24, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the hospital. Attendees can expect expert-led discussions on a range of topics, including medication management, home safety, nutrition, Medicare, and overall health, including mental, social, and physical well-being.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided for all participants.
In addition, MRHC is inviting local businesses to get involved as sponsors or vendors. This offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with the community while promoting senior health. Sponsorships are available at various levels, ranging from $250 to $1,000, with benefits including booth space and speaking opportunities during the event.
CEO Shannon Black highlights the marketing potential for sponsors, saying, "Sponsoring Senior Day provides a unique marketing opportunity to connect with seniors, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. This is a great opportunity for businesses and organizations to engage with the community while supporting senior health.”
Interested businesses must register by March 15 to secure full sponsorship benefits. For more information, contact Haylee Barsby at 712-655-2072 or via email at Haylee.Barsby@mrhcia.com. Additional event details will be shared as the date approaches.
