McFarland Clinic Supports Local Organizations in Breda and Wall Lake with Community Grants
AMES, IA – McFarland Clinic has awarded $1,000 grants to two local organizations from the Breda and Wall Lake areas as part of its annual Community Grant program. The grants were presented on November 6 during the Clinic's Trusted Choice Honors event, which recognizes the efforts of staff and providers in supporting local communities.
This year, the Breda Recreation League and the Wall Lake Fire & Rescue Department were among the 10 organizations selected to receive $1,000 each to help further their community-focused initiatives. These grants, totaling $10,000, are part of McFarland Clinic's commitment to supporting non-profits that directly benefit residents in its service area.

Breda Recreation League: This organization provides recreational opportunities for families and youth in the Breda area, fostering community engagement and healthy lifestyles through sports and local events.

Wall Lake Fire & Rescue Department: Serving the Wall Lake community, the Fire & Rescue Department provides essential emergency services, ensuring the safety and well-being of local residents.
Since its inception in 2021, the McFarland Clinic Community Grant program has enabled staff and providers to nominate and recognize local organizations that make a difference in the communities they serve. McFarland Clinic is proud to support these vital programs, which improve the lives of those in the surrounding areas.
In addition to the Breda and Wall Lake recipients, other local non-profits from surrounding communities also received grants to help further their missions. The grants are an extension of McFarland Clinic’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of life and promote health and wellness throughout the region.
