Hot Summer Nights Start Off With A Bang

Hot Summer Nights Start Off With A Bang

Last Thursday, May 25th Hot Summer Nights featured live music, food trucks, family entertainment, such as magnetic axe throwing, a dunk tank, and a life-sized game of Hungry Hungry Hippos. Event Organizer Taylor Borkowski said she is happy with the turnout. “So far, pretty good. I think more people are still gonna roll in, but I think it’s great.” Borkowski said she thinks the dunk tank would break the record. “I think we’re gonna break our record of $600 in the dunk tank, the kids are loving that.” The next Hot Summer Nights event will be on Friday, June 9th, from 6-10 pm. There will be live music, a beer garden, and a food court, as well as family entertainment. Broadway from Main Street to 14th Street will close at 2 pm for set up.
