Denison Police made a pair of Sunday arrests
The Denison Police Department is reporting a pair of Sunday arrests.
The most recent arrest took place at just before 8 p.m. near South 8th Street. Police took 28-year-old Jose Villanueva of Denison into custody for driving with a suspended license and domestic assault.
The other arrest happened at just before 5 p.m. near Morningside Drive. Police apprehended 30-year-old Nate Herrin of Denison and charged the 30-year-old male with public intoxication.
All charges are allegations and the people named in a case are to be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
