Denison Spa Repair Delayed, Will Be Out of Service Until Early Next Week

Denison, IA – The Denison Parks and Recreation Department announced that the repair of the spa at the Denison Aquatic Center has been delayed due to the need for additional parts. While maintenance work was underway, the team encountered unexpected issues that require new components, which are expected to arrive early next week.
As a result, the spa will remain out of service until at least Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning, depending on the delivery and installation of the parts. The Parks and Recreation team has assured the public that they are working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
"We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate the community's patience," said a spokesperson from Denison Parks and Recreation. "We are committed to getting the spa back up and running and will provide updates as soon as we have more information."
The department encourages anyone with questions or concerns to reach out by email or by phone at 712-263-8130.
Residents can continue to check the Denison Parks and Recreation website or contact the department directly for further information regarding the spa's status.
