Scranton man wins Iowa Lottery Scratch game

Bates purchased the lucky “Holiday Wishes” ticket from the Scranton Casey's and claimed his winnings Tuesday from the lottery's headquarters in Clive. Holiday Wishes is a $20 game with 13 top prizes of $25,000. Bates prize was the second-largest prize with odds of one in 23,594.
