UNI women beat South Dakota 78-59

The Northern Iowa women raced out to a 20-point halftime lead and beat South Dakota 78-59 in the McLeod Center. The Panthers scored 29 points in the opening quarter to improve to 5-4 on the season. The Panthers visit South Dakota State on Saturday.
