Iowa men host South Dakota Tuesday night
The Iowa men return to action Tuesday night when they host South Dakota. The Hawkeyes are 2-0 while the Coyotes are 3-0 for the first time since 2019. That's Iowa coach Fran McCaffery. Senior Payton Sandfort is averaging more than 18 points and nine rebounds so far. He is also second in the country among forwards in assists. McCaffery says Sandfort has expanded his ability to make plays for his teammates.
