Carroll woman charged with theft in Manning
36 year old Katie Johnson of Carroll is in custody after being arrested yesterday as suspect in a vehicle theft in Manning. The crime was reported to authorities in Manning on November 2nd. An investigation was started and the vehicle was located in Carroll on January 6tth. Johnson was been charged with theft in the first degree.
